How to Change Players' Hair in NBA 2k23
The first thing to do is head to the MENU.
In the menu, you get to see other options such as Quest, Season, and Co. Just click on myPLAYER.

Press the triangle sign on your Pad to Edit head.
Choose whatever hairstyle you want and EDIT it to your taste.
You can press the triangle button again to make some extra changes to hairstyles.
Click on DONE, once you are done with your players' hair.
