How To Setup a 1v1 Server with your Friend on Counter Strike 2
Let's get straight to the point, before you open the console. There are some settings you'd like to configure.
Go straight to the settings, under the GAME menu. You will see the Enable developer console, Change it from NO to YES.
The next step is to setup a key that allows you access the console in just few steps. Go back to your Settings, to the Keyboard/Mouse, UI Keys, Toggle console and set the key to whatever you like.

Open your Counter Strike 2 in competitive mode and paste in the given commands into your console. This command opens up a private environment for you and your friends to connect.

Do not forget that after enabling the developer mode, you can access the console using the (~) button. From there, you are allowed to input any command to boost your game experience.
