Like a Dragon Gaiden, Golden Ball can be: Bought from stores, won during mini-games, and stolen.
1. The first Golden Ball
You can visit the Sontebonti Pawn Shop to buy them.
2. The Second Golden Ball
Like I said earlier some of these balls can be won, Visit the Sontenbori Pool Bar, and for just 777 points you get one.
3. The Third Golden Ball
The Akame Network makes it available after a few upgrades, so you can purchase it there too.
4. The Fourth Golden Ball
This one belongs to an in-game character, Just steal them from the boat in the canal (You can also take a photograph of him for your quest)

The Fifth Golden Ball
Looking at the pictures below, the golden balls are hidden in one of the conveyor belt strippers in the castle.
The Sixth Golden Ball
Is tied to a Substory-request thingy. You have to accept it from the guy sitting on the bench at the pier first.
